Rome Proposals is a boutique proposal-planning service based in Rome, Italy.

2. Services
We offer proposal-planning services, which may include:
- Location scouting
- Décor and floral arrangements
- Photography and videography
- Vendor coordination
- Event setup and styling
- Custom proposal design packages
All services are tailored to each couple and subject to availability.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- You receive a written confirmation from us, and
- Your deposit/payment has been received (if required for your chosen service).
We reserve the right to refuse a booking if the request is not feasible, unsafe, or outside our professional standards.
4. PaymentsPayment details (deposit percentage, final payment timing) will be communicated directly via email or invoice.
Payments must be made in euros (EUR). Services will only proceed once required payments are received. Any additional costs (venue fees, transportation, special requests, permits, etc.) will be communicated beforehand and must be paid by the client.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our proposals require advance planning and vendor bookings, our cancellation policies are as follows:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the proposal date are non-refundable.If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to vendor and location availability.
- In the event of extreme weather, we will work with you to modify, move, or adapt the proposal when possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the planning process
- Communicate any changes or concerns as early as possible
- Arrive on time to the planned proposal location
- Respect all location rules, restrictions, and safety guidelinesObtain any required personal documents or permits if needed (we will guide you)
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or failure to follow instructions.
7. Changes to the Proposal Plan
We will always do our best to deliver the experience discussed. However, due to vendor availability, weather, or external circumstances, we may need to make reasonable adjustments to décor, timing, or logistics. Any changes will be communicated and aligned with you whenever possible.
8. Vendors & Third-Party Services
We may collaborate with external professionals such as:
- Photographers
- Florists
- Musicians
- Private venues
- Transportation providers
These vendors operate independently. While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not responsible for:
- Their delays
- Their errors
- Their service availability
- Issues caused by the vendor beyond our control
However, we will always support you in resolving concerns.
9. Safety & Liability
You acknowledge that outdoor proposals may involve natural risks such as:
- Crowds
- Weather changes
- Uneven terrain
- Access restrictions
Rome Proposals is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from:
- Weather interruptions
- Venue closures
- Acts of third parties
- Travel delaysForce majeure events
- Misuse of décor or equipmentOur team will always prioritize safety and follow local regulations.
10. Photography & Media Usage
With your consent, Rome Proposals may use photographs or videos from your proposal for:
- Website galleries
- Social media
- Marketing materials
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.If you prefer full privacy, simply let us know—we will never share content without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rome Proposals website—including text, branding, images, blog posts, and designs—is the property of Rome Proposals. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
