• What if my partner doesn't know we're visiting Rome for a proposal?

• This is the most common scenario we work with. We help you build a believable cover story and plan everything so the reveal feels completely natural. Your partner will have no idea until the moment you want them to.

• By booking our services, you grant Rome Proposals a license to use proposal photographs and videos for marketing purposes, including Instagram, TikTok, and our website. Clients who prefer full exclusivity over their media can purchase our Exclusivity Package — contact us for pricing.

Costs & Payments

• Our packages start from €500 for an intimate proposal with a photographer and bouquet, up to €5,000 and above for a fully private luxury experience with dinner, photographer, videographer, and violinist. Every package is customizable. Contact us for a personalized quote.

• What is included in your packages?

• Depending on the package: location scouting, proposal concept, photographer, floral decoration, venue privatization, aperitivo or dinner, violinist, videographer, and full vendor coordination. See our packages page for full details.

• How do payments work?

• For Basic and Standard packages: 50% deposit at booking (non-refundable) and 50% balance 15 days before the proposal. For Premium, Garden, and Luxury packages: 30% at booking, 40% within 30 days, and 30% balance 15 days before.

Logistics & On the Day

• What happens on the day of the proposal?

• We handle everything before you arrive. The venue is decorated, the photographer is in position, and all vendors are briefed. You arrive with your partner at the agreed time, and the moment unfolds naturally. We are available by WhatsApp throughout the day for any last-minute questions.

• What if it rains?

• We monitor weather closely in the days leading up to your proposal. For outdoor proposals, we always plan contingencies and will advise on adjustments as needed. Many venues have covered areas or indoor alternatives.

• Can you help with post-proposal plans — dinner, hotels?

• Yes. We can recommend restaurants for a post-proposal dinner, assist with reservations, and suggest hotels in Rome. Many couples combine the proposal with a longer Italian trip and we're happy to share our local knowledge.
